# THE REAL DEAL INVESTOR UPDATE Thursday, August 8, 2024 7:00PM ET (4:00 PM PT)

# Creating Wealth Through Strategic Decisions

In this month’s Real Deal webinar, I share extremely important insights into this business as seen through the lens of a 26-year real estate veteran (that's me). We have selected the 3 most critical questions people are asking today.

 Here's what we'll discuss…

- Will the election change our investment strategy? No politics here, just business strategy!
- Why is everyone saying that now is the time to invest in multifamily? I will lay it all out for you.
- Investor Update – what’s going on with our portfolio? How is it performing?  What are we focused on right now? What deals are we working on right now?

The best part, it’s FREE!
